Les Journées Gourmandes :“The gourmet festival”

Five days of delight

From 28th October to 1st November 2005, Vaison-la-Romaine will be once again the regional capital of the pleasures of the palace, on the theme “the vegetable garden in a state”.

 The sixteenth edition of the “Journées Gourmandes is an invitation to discover a mosaic of tastes and savours, through a real gastronomic epic !

 As every year, a particular attention will be carried on the quality of products, the labels of Appellations d’Origine Contrôlée and quite other distinctions, wages of authenticity.

THE CONCEPT :

The Gourmet Festival in Vaison-la-Romaine has become part of the heritage of Vaucluse, as a regional reference on the subject and a “culinary” institution in Haut Vaucluse.

ANIMATIONS

The Hour of wine cellars : each day, the guests can, in the biggest conviviality, learn or perfect their knowledge on the Art to harmonize the dishes and the wines and discover the best vintages of cellar exhibitors.
